Sotefin Webservice is a cloud-based software solution developed to monitor and manage Automated Parking Systems (APS) from any location.
Accessible through any modern web browser, it provides real-time system control, performance statistics, alarm notifications and remote technical support through secure servers located in Switzerland.
This package is dedicated to the Technical staff to help them in alalysing the status of the system and, possibly, identifying/solving technical problems.
This service can be accessed by any modern web-browser and provides the following features:
Visualistion of the overview of the system: technical staff has a clear view oft he status oft he APS. In particular, the application shows the general status oft he main machines with the indication of actual functioning mode
Automatic, semi-automatic, step-by-step or emergency. The parking occupancy is shown as well as a statistic of the operation of the day. Furthermore, the application summarizes the most recent activities performed by the APS.
This allows Technical staff to have a quick view of the status of each parking space.
Furthermore, Technical staff can modify the status of the map following the need (occupy or free the stall with the required data by selecting the stall number).
Visualization of the status of the Vertical Transporters, Shuttles and SilomatTM dollies
Technical staff has a clear view on the actual status of the main machines with the possibility also to dynamically visualize many useful values like speed, distance, current absorption and the status of their sensors.
A set of alarms can be visualized by the Technical Staff. Type of alarm is specified.

This package is dedicated to the operator of the APS. It is particularly useful when an attendant is taking care of the management of the Parking. It is dedicated to Hotels, public/private parking with garrison.
